Alot of similar recipes, but didn't find one exactly like this so I thought I would post. Brown sugar makes these extra sweet. This recipe is made every year at my neice's birthday parties. I got it from her mom. :) Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons brown sugar (or more, to taste) |
3/4 cup catsup |
1/8 teaspoon vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard or 1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
onion (to taste) |
green pepper (to taste, personally i don't care for them) |
Directions:
1. Brown & drain meat. 2. Put back in skillet and add rest of ingredients; heat through & serve! (Serve on buns, put on salad greens, or even on nachos!). |
