This quick and easy stovetop recipe for Pork Chops is a hit at our house! The orange marmalade gives it the boost! Try, you will not be dissapointed. Great with a rice side. Ingredients:
3 tbs panko bread crumbs |
1/4 tsp seasoned salt |
1/4 tsp dry mustard |
dash of pepper |
cooking oil |
4 (1 inch thick) pork loin chops |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
3 tbs catsup |
3 tbs orange marmalade |
chopped green onions |
Directions:
1. Combine Panko bread crumbs, salt , dry mustard and pepper in a small bowl. Dredge pork chops in crumb mixture. 2. Heat oil in large skillet. Cook until browned on both sides. Remove chops and discard drippings. Return chops to skillet. 3. Combine water, soy sauce,catsup and orange marmalade. 4. Pour over chops, bring to boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until chops are tender. Turn once. 5. Sprinkle with green onions and serve. |
