The original recipe came from a potluck and was on a salad of lettuce, bell pepper, mandarin oranges and sliced almonds. I really like it with a simple salad of lettuce and feta cheese. I had to guess at servings - it makes quite a bit and a little goes a long way. If you don't like sweet dressings, you might want to make another recipe LOL. Ingredients:
3/4 cup white sugar |
2/3 cup white vinegar |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
salt & pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients until sugar dissolves completely. 2. Serve on salad fixings of your choice! |
