This is so quick and easy and great for summer. I usually double recipe and save the extra in the fridge. Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and allow to set for a few minutes so sugar can dissolve. 2. Be sure to mix or shake before serving over salad or favorite steamed veggies. |
