It's a comfort food . Simple yet delicious . Very ez to make . Ingredients:
1 small cup instant rice flour with a pinch of salt |
white granulated sugar |
1 tbsp rice flour |
low fat evaporated milk 1/2 cup |
2 cardamom |
Directions:
1. Use some warm water and make the rice flour into non sticky dough . 2. Divide them into small balls . 3. Boil 3 cups water . 4. Add the riceball , careful not to break it . 5. Sprinkle the rice flour . It will start to thicken now . 6. Add sugar according to taste . 7. Add the milk and the cardamom . 8. Simmer 5 mins . 9. Serve Hot . |
