A fruity sauce that is scrumptious when used as a topping for ice cream or pie. Ingredients:
1 cup sliced strawberry |
1 cup chopped rhubarb |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mash strawberries with sugar in a pot. 2. Add rhubarb and cinnamon. 3. Bring to a boil over medium heat. 4. Reduce to simmer, uncovered, for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Serve warm. 6. Enjoy! |
