Serve with sliced fruit, cinnamon graham cracker,gingersnaps, vanilla wafers, bagels, english muffins, toast, or just lick it off your fingers. Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 can(15 ounces) pure ;pumpkin |
2 cups sifted powdered sugar |
1 tsp. ground cinnamon |
1 tsp. ground ginger |
Directions:
1. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. |
