Greatness in this recipe. I got this recipe from a Sunday School classmate who is a fabulous cook. She has us over for Sunday lunches often and this is a regular that she makes for us. She serves it will grilled chicken and a spinach strawberry salad. Read more . Yummers. Ingredients:
4 medium sweet potatoes |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground ginger |
1/4 cup chopped pecans toasted |
Directions:
1. Pierce sweet potatoes several times with a fork then place on a baking sheet. 2. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. 3. Stir together sour cream and next 3 ingredients. 4. Spoon over split baked potatoes and sprinkle with pecans. |
