Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
1 tablespoon(s) chili seasoning (low sodium) |
pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spice |
salt |
2 pound(s) sweet potatoes |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside. Peel sweet potatoes. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise then cut into 1/2 in thick fries. 2. Place sweet potato fries in a large mixing bowl. Add oil and spices. Toss until they are thoroughly coated with spices. 3. Spread fries in a single layer on baking sheet. Place in preheated oven. 4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, turning once to ensure even cooking. Remove from oven and serve hot. |
