I absolutely love these... Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 egg |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all but oil and crumbs & roll into balls & roll in crumbs & fry in oil. |
