I've actually got this in the oven right now. It's a sweet potato dish with golden marshmallows on top - Yum! It looks kind of like this photo I found at myrecipes, but without the nuts. Ingredients:
2 cups warm mashed sweet potatoes |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon light brown sugar |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup milk |
1 cup miniature marshmallows |
Directions:
1. Blend sweet potatoes, salt, brown sugar, honey, butter, and milk.
2. Spoon into a buttered 1-quart casserole.
3. Top with marshmallows.
4. Bake at 350° until marshmallows are browned.
