Ingredients:
10 pound(s) sweet potatoes |
salt |
pepper |
4 cup(s) brown sugar |
4 stick(s) butter |
cinnamon |
nutmeg |
walnuts chopped |
Directions:
1. Peel sweet potatoes & cut into large cubes 2. Place sweet potatoes in large stock pot & cover with water 3. Add salt to taste 4. Cover & cook until fork tender 5. Drain water 6. Add butter, brown sugar & chopped walnuts 7. Season with pepper, cinnamon & nutmeg to taste 8. Use mixer to whip sweet potatoes until creamy smooth 9. Taste & add any additional seasonings to taste |
