Ingredients:
1 can(s) 40 oz sweet potatos (8 potatos) |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
2 whole(s) eggs |
2/3 cup(s) butter-soft |
1/3 cup(s) milk |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 cup(s) chopped pecans |
1/3 cup(s) flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. 2. Boil sweet potatos until soft. 3. Mash potatos, add 1/2 cup sugar, 2-3 eggs, 1/3 cup soft butter, 1/3 cup milk, 1 tsp. vanilla. Add another 1/3 cup milk if needed. 4. Mixture should not be too runny. 5. Place mixture in buttered casserole dish. 6. Topping: 7. Mix together 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup chopped pecan, 1/3 cup flour and 1/3 cup soft butter. Place overtop before cooking casserole. 8. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
