great way to use sweet potatoes Ingredients:
3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes |
3/4-1 cup sugar |
1 1/2 sticks butter divided |
2 eggs beaten |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1/3 cup milk |
1/2-1cup light brown sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
1 cup choppesd nuts |
pour into a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven: 325
2. Blend together: Sweet potatoes sugar 1 stick butter
3. egss vanilla and milk.
4. Place in greased prepared casserole dish
5. Mix together brown sugar flour remaining 1/2 stick butter and nuts
6. Sprinle over potatoe mixture
7. Bake untill very hot
