A tasty treat made from mashed sweet potatoes and nuts , a crunchy corn flake crumb outer layer and a soft marshmallow center. Ingredients:
6 medium sweet potatoes |
1/2 c. margarine |
1 c. brown sugar |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
2 c. corn flakes, crushed |
12 large marshmallows |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes,peel and mash. 2. Mix potatoes well with margarine, sugar and nuts 3. Form a ball around one large marshmallow, then roll in crushed corn flakes 4. Just before serving warm balls in 350 oven about 15 minutes until marshamallow 5. Has softened. Serve immediately |
