A healthy side dish to use in place of french fries. Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes |
3 teaspoons pam cooking spray |
3 dashes paprika |
3 dashes ginger |
3 dashes curry |
3 dashes red peppers |
3 dashes sea salt |
3 dashes black pepper |
3 dashes cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Chop sweet potatoes into wedges. Spray with butter flavored non stick spray. Sprinkle with each spice to taste. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees. |
