Simple but hearty and healthy. I like sweet potatoes cold from the fridge. Ingredients:
1 sweet potato |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. microwave on high for 5 minutes. 2. immediately place in refrigerator wrapped in foil and a sprinkling of sea salt if desired. 3. take along to work, school, or anywhere for an easy lunch or snack. |
