oh lawd...this is it this stuff is what i think about when i think of turkey day Ingredients:
3 cup mashed sweet potatoes 4 potatoes |
2 eggs beaten |
1/2 teas. cinnamon |
1 1/2 teas. vanilla |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 teas salt |
1/2 cup milk |
4 tbl margarine melted |

topping |
1 cup light brown sugar |
2/3 cup flour |
6tbl. melted margarine |
2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. combine brown sugar,flour,pecans and margeraine in a bowl
2. spread over potato mixture. bake at 350 degrees f for 35 minutes
3. wash the potatoes and boil until tender; drain, peel and mash. combine sweet potatoes,sugar,eggs,salt,milk,vanilla and marderaine in a mixing bowl and blend well.
4. spoon into large casserolle dish
