I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Switch Recipes. Ingredients:
3 large yams |
8 ounces refridgerated egg whites |
splenda sugar substitute |
cinnamon (optional) or nutmeg (optional) |
Directions:
1. Peel and cook yams. 2. Mash - add splenda and egg whites. 3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 4. **You can also mix in nutmeg or cinnamon. 5. Serve as a side dish or portion into 1/2 cup servings (approx. 4.7g protein) and freeze for later use. |
