SWEET POTATO PUDDING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Miller Estate in Wills Point, Texas in 1992. Ingredients:
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes |
1 cup granulated sugar |
2 eggs beaten |
1/2 stick butter melted |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
topping |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup flour |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 stick butter melted |
Directions:
1. Mix filling ingredients and pour into rectangular greased baking dish. 2. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over filling then bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
