High in Protein! Enjoy with your favorite sugar free syrup or as is! Ingredients:
2/3 cup oatmeal |
1 1/2 cup egg whites |
1 cup sweet potatos, boiled mashed |
2 tsp vanilla extract |
1/2 scoop whey protein powder |
1 tsp cinnamon |
2 dash nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Boil and mash the sweet potato. 2. Combine all ingredients and mix throughly 3. Pour onto non-stick pan or pancake griddle cook 2-4 minutes each side. 4. Enjoy! |
