savoury pie Ingredients:
100 grams phyllo pastry |
2 tsp of light margarine |
3/10 cup of chopped herbs |
350 grams of sweet potato |
3/10 cup of plain flour |
250 grams of fat free ricotta |
125 grams of spinach |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 220C. Grease a quiche pan. Fill with pastry. Heat butter in a pan, and the herbs and cook lightly. Add finely diced Sweet potato and cook for 5 mins. Add flour and brown. Add milk and stir til thickened. then add cheese. Spoon into shell and cook in oven for 20 mins. |
