This is another that my grandmother made.It is very good.Makes a great snack or breakfast food. Ingredients:
2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed |
2 cups self-rising flour |
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
1 1/2 cup oil |
2 tablespoons cinnamon |
2 tablespoons nutmeg, if desired |
1 cup nuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Bake at 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Stir until well blended. 4. Put paper liners in muffin pans and 5. fill 2/3 full with batter. |
