Ingredients:
5 jumbo sweet potatoes, halved |
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter, at room temperature |
1 cup heavy cream |
3 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper |
3 tablespoons salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and bake until soft, about 20 minutes. When cool enough to hold, remove the peels and place in a saucepot. Add the butter, cream, salt and pepper and mash together. 3. A viewer, who may not be a professional cook, provided this recipe.
