800 g sweet potatoes |
50 g chopped butter |
1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder |
Directions:
1. Peel and coarsely chop sweet potatoes. 2. Boil or steam till tender. 3. Drain well, mash till almost smooth. 4. Add chopped butter and chicken stock powder. 5. Mash till smooth. 6. Season with freshly ground pepper and serve. |
