Just another way to give a kick to sweet potatoes. You can use orange or white sweet potatoes. Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes |
1/2 cup canola oil |
water |
salt |
Directions:
1. Wash potatoes very well and peel. 2. Cut into thin rounds (not to thin not to thick). 3. Mix water and salt. 4. Dip potatoes in water. 5. In medium pan, fry potatoes on medium heat until fork goes in easily. 6. Serve! |
