These are a delicious and healthy alternative to fries. Ingredients:
2 large sweet potatoes or yams |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 tsp rosemary (or thyme / basil / oregano / mix it up - you pick your favourite) |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut up Sweet Potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces (more or less) 2. Coat in olive oil and spice(s), salt and pepper 3. Spread fries in shallow baking dish 4. Bake in 400F oven for 35-45 minutes, until tender |
