1 sweet potato |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 tsp sea salt |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
1 dash paprika |
Directions:
1. use a mandolin to slice up the sweet potato (or yam). assemble all the slices in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients, and mix with hand until all pieces evenly coated. 2. cook on the stove or bake in the oven until crispy. 3. this recipe yields about 2 Cups of sliced pieces, and about 1/2C is a serving |
