Another dish for your Thanksgiving table. Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked & mashed |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 1/4 cups sugar |
3 eggs |
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1 cup coconut |
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows |
1/2 cup nuts |
Directions:
1. Combine sweet potatoes with margarine, sugar, eggs and evaporated milk, mix well. 2. Add coconut, marshmallows and nuts, blend thoroughly. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
