Sweet Potato Cranberry Smoothie |

I'd made more than enough food for a Yuletide dinner party the other day, so had all the ingredients on hand that I needed for this satisfying smoothie! Ingredients:
2 cups apricot nectar or 2 cups peach nectar |
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder |
2 bananas |
2 cups yams, casserole (i used a recipe for yams with streusel topping that i'm in the process of posting!) |
1 cup cranberry orange sauce (i used my own recipe for this!) |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender & process until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 tall glasses & enjoy! |
