serving is 12 to 24, depends on how big you make the roll. My friend does only 1 big roll.
Ingredients:
2 sticks margarine, minus 1 tablespoon
4 tablespoons confectioner
2 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon water
1/2 cup sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup pecans -- chopped
confectioner sugar
Directions:
1. Cream margarine with sugar; add flour, vanilla, water, potatoes and
2. pecans. Mix well.
3. Roll pinches of dough into small oblong rolls.
4. Bake on cookie sheet in 300F oven for 30 minutes.
5. Let cool completely and roll in confectioners' sugar.
