Sweet Potato Casserole with Pineapples |

This is one of the top 2 sweet potato casserole dishes my family loves to have. We alternate with the Sweet Potato Casserole with Praline Topping . One is served Thanksgiving and the other is served at Christmas. Try both! You will love them! Ingredients:
1 (40 ounce) can cut sweet potatoes, drained |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/2 cup pecan halves |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Place sweet potatoes in an ungreased baking dish. 2. Combine remaining ingredients. 3. Pour over potatoes. 4. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or heated through. |
