Ingredients:
1/3 cup(s) butter |
1/2 cup(s) butter |
1 cup(s) chopped pecans |
2 eggs beaten |
1/3 cup(s) evaporated milk |
1/2 cup(s) flour |
1 cup(s) light brown sugar |
1 cup(s) sugar |
3 cup(s) sweet potato |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix together sweet potatoes (leave potatoes a little lumpy), sugar, melted butter (1/2 c). Add beaten eggs, vanilla and evaporated milk. Pour into pan. 2. Mix sugar and flour together, removing all lumps. Add nuts and then melted butter (1/3 c). Mix well until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. 3. Bake at 350 degrees |
