Ingredients:
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 cup(s) pecans chopped |
1/3 cup(s) plain flour |
1/3 cup(s) butter melted and cooled to room temperature |
3 cup(s) sweet potatoes cooked and mashed |
1 cup(s) sugar |
2 eggs beaten |
1/2 stick(s) butter melted |
1/2 cup(s) milk |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
Directions:
1. Make topping first. Mix together brown sugar, pecans, flour and cooled melted butter. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and place in buttered casserole dish. Spread topping on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. |
