1 cup(s) chopped pecans |
1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon |
4 large eggs |
1 jar(s) marshmallow cream |
4 cup(s) marshmallows |
6 cup(s) mashed cooked sweet potatoes |
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
Directions:
1. Cook butter & marshmallow crean in a dutch oven over low heat stirring until smooth, remove from heat 2. Stir in sweet potato and next 4 ingredients. 3. Stir in beaten eggs until blended 4. Spoon into 2 greased 11x7 baking dishes 5. Bake 350 for 35 minutes 6. Remove from oven top w/ marshmallows and pecans bake for 10 more mintues. |
