Ingredients:
5 - 6 medium yams |
2/3 cup(s) evaporated milk |
2 eggs |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 + 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
1 stick(s) butter |
topping: melted |
1 stick(s) butter |
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 cup(s) pecans chopped |
1 cup(s) flour |
Directions:
1. Boil or microwave yams until soft. Peel and mash yams with milk, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, and butter. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish. 2. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over yam mixture. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
