Ingredients:
8 tablespoon(s) butter melted |
3 cup(s) cooked sweet potatoes mashed |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
3 eggs beaten |
1/2 cup(s) evaporated milk |
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla |
1 cup(s) brown sugar |
1/2 cup(s) flour |
4 tablespoon(s) butter melted |
1 cup(s) pecans chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, 1 c. sugar, 8 tbsp. melted butter, salt, beaten eggs, evaporated milk vanilla. Mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into a 9' x 15' casserole dish. 3. Topping: 4. Combine flour and brown sugar; add chopped pecans, stirring well. Add 4 tbsp melted butter, stirring well. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. 5. Bake casserole at 350' F for 45 minutes or until set. |
