3 cups sweet potatoes about 4 large size ones |
2 eggs beatten |
1/3 cup milk |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
1 teas vanilla or fresh nutmeg |

1/3 cup butter melted |
1/2 cup flour |
1 cup light brown sugar |
1 cup chopped pecans |
mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top |
Directions:
1. boil and mash potatoes. mix in remaining ingredients and spoon in 13x9 inch dish. sprinkle topping over casserole. bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees
