Ingredients:
3 cups mashed, cooked sweet potatoes |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine |
2 eggs, well beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/3 cup milk |

Directions:
1. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk; mix well. 2. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. 3. Cover with Topping. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. 5. Topping: 8. 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 9. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 10. 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine 11. 1/2 cup chopped pecans 12. Combine all ingredients, mixing well; sprinlke on top of potato mixture before baking. 13. Yield: about 1 cup. |
