8 ounces crushed pineapple |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/2 cup sliced dried apricots |
1/4 cup brown sugar |

1 tsp ground cinnamon |
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/2 cup pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Grease dish. Add Potatoes. Mix all other ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes |
