Super yummy and traditional sweet potato casserole. Perfect for holidays! Ingredients:
1 (29 ounce) can sweet potatoes or 1 (29 ounce) can yams, drained |
4 tablespoons butter |
4 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
mini marshmallows (topping) |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine all ingredients in blender and mix well. 3. Pour into a greased 13 by 9 pan. 4. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. 5. Cover with marshmallows and put back in the oven until marshmallows have browned. 6. Enjoy! |
