Tasty dish of sweet potatoes with pecans. Best recomendation is from my son-in-law who doen't eat sweet potatoes but loves this dish ! Ingredients:
3 cups drained sweet potatoes |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/3 cup flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Beat the first 5 ingredients with a mixer and place in a lightly buttered baking dish. 2. Combine the topping ingredients of melted butter, brown sugar and the flour stirring well. Then stir in the nuts. Spread on top of the sweet potato mixture then bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
