Sweet Potato Casserole

Easy and delicious. You have to decide whether it's a vegetable or a dessert! I use Splenda for the sweetener.
Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes
3/4 cup artificial sweetener
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
milk, to blend
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Cook and mash sweet potatoes.
2. Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into casserole.
3. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Mix butter, flour brown sugar and pecans. Add topping and cook another 15 minutes.
