Add this dish to your traditional holiday dinners Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes, cubed and cooked |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
topping mix |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
1/3 cup butter |
1 cup chopped nuts, blend together and sprinkle on top |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In an ovenproof dish, mix together potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Blend together the topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot. |
