This casserole has become a Thanksgiving tradition at our house. Ingredients:
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/3 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and butter thoroughly. 2. Pour into buttered 1 quart casserole. 3. Mix all the topping ingredients with a fork. 4. Sprinkle the crumbs on top of the casserole. 5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. |
