A recipe from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies 2. Ingredients:
4 sweet potatoes |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1/8-1/4 teaspoon chili powder |
1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne |
1/8-1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Peel and slice potatoes into 1 inch wedges. 3. Toss with oil. 4. Mix together seasonings, sprinkle over potatoes and toss to coat. 5. Place on a baking sheet and roast 30 minutes, turning often, until golden. 6. Sprinkle with salt if desired. |
