Recipe makes 1.5 lbs loaf. Recipe from The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
3/4 cup pureed sweet potato |
3 tablespoons sour cream |
3 cups bread flour |
1 tablespoon gluten |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 orange, zest of, grated |
2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast |
2/3 cup fresh whole cranberries |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients, except cranberries, in the pan according to manufacturer's instructions. 2. Set crust on medium, program for Basic or Fruit and Nut cycle; press Start. When machine beeps, or between Knead 1 and Knead 2, add the cranberries. |
