Another Kraft Recipe from the Fall 1976 edition.... This would be very good to serve with your ham for Easter coming up.... Ingredients:
2 cans sweet potatoes halves, drained (17 oz size) |
1 cup cranberries |
1/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup orange marmalade |
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmellows |
Directions:
1. Arrange sweet potatoes in a 10 x 6 inch baking dish. 2. Top with cranberries and nuts. 3. Dot with marmalade. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. 5. Sprinkle with marshmellows. 6. Broil until lightly brown. |
