Another great side dish for holidays Ingredients:
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes |
1 tsp salt |
1 1/2 tbsp butter |
1 tbsp sugar |
6marshmallows |
1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes |
1 egg white |
Directions:
1. Cook sweet potatoes until soft. 2. Mash fine. 3. Season with salt, sugar and melted butter. 4. Shape potato mixture around a marshmallw. 5. Chill 30 minutes in refrigerator. 6. Dip balls into slighly beaten egg whites. 7. Roll in corn flake crumbs. 8. Put in flat buttered baking dish. 9. Bake at 400 egree for 20 minutes or until goden brown. 10. For Hawaiian style, add a little pineapple on each ball. |
