I always get asked for this recipe when I serve it to a tour group. It's too easy. Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced |
1 clove of garlic, crushed |
1/2 tsp finely grated nutmeg |
1 cup grated cheddar |
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary |
1 cup cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C (350F) 2. Place potatoes in layers in a baking pan 3. Sprinkle evenly with other ingredients and pour over the cream 4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until tender |
